In the unlikely event that your local Signature Homes franchise cannot finish your home, this guarantee ensures your home will be completed according to the terms and conditions of your Building Agreement.
This means you’ll never have to worry about delays, contractor issues, or unfinished work. Your home will be delivered as promised, giving you confidence that your plans, whether moving in or renting out your current property, stay on track. Our Home Completion Guarantee is our promise that your home will be completed, no matter what.
How does it compare?

Other building guarantees impose limitations on the total pay-out for non-completion. Consequently, clients may find themselves responsible for covering the difference between the set limit and the actual cost of completing their home.

In contrast, RIL’s Home Completion Guarantee covers 100% of the costs required to complete your home in accordance with your Signature Homes Building Agreement.

Your guarantee is independent of your Signature Homes builder. If your franchise is unable to complete your home, the guarantee ensures your home will be completed as per the terms & conditions of your Signature Homes Building Agreement.

Yes. If you sell your home within the guarantee period, the cover transfers to the new owner—adding value and peace of mind for future buyers.

RIL transfer cost to the purchaser is $450.00 +GST.

As with all guarantees, some exclusions apply. These typically include:
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by lack of maintenance
Issues beyond the builder’s control (e.g. natural disasters)
Any work carried out outside of your Signature Homes franchise and building agreement
