To ensure this date is one you can rely on, RIL independently reviews every Signature Homes building agreement. This extra step checks that all timelines are accurate and achievable before we commit. So when the time comes to pour your slab, you can feel confident that the date we give you is a promise we’ll keep.

Our guarantee provides protection against non-completion, deposit loss, structural defects, workmanship issues, and certain material defects. It’s designed to give you peace of mind that your new home is built to last.

Your guarantee is independent of your Signature Homes builder. If your franchise is unable to complete your home, the guarantee ensures your home will be completed as per the terms & conditions of your Signature Homes Building Agreement.

Yes. If you sell your home within the guarantee period, the cover transfers to the new owner—adding value and peace of mind for future buyers.

RIL transfer cost to the purchaser is $450.00 +GST.

As with all guarantees, some exclusions apply. These typically include:
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by lack of maintenance
Issues beyond the builder’s control (e.g. natural disasters)
