  • Our guarantee provides protection against non-completion, deposit loss, structural defects, workmanship issues, and certain material defects. It’s designed to give you peace of mind that your new home is built to last.

  • Your guarantee is independent of your Signature Homes builder. If your franchise is unable to complete your home, the guarantee ensures your home will be completed as per the terms & conditions of your Signature Homes Building Agreement.

  • Yes. If you sell your home within the guarantee period, the cover transfers to the new owner—adding value and peace of mind for future buyers.

  • RIL transfer cost to the purchaser is $450.00 +GST.

  • As with all guarantees, some exclusions apply. These typically include:

    Normal wear and tear

    Damage caused by lack of maintenance

    Issues beyond the builder’s control (e.g. natural disasters)

    Any work carried out outside of your Signature Homes franchise and building agreement

  • If you notice a problem, simply contact us. We’ll guide you through the process and work quickly to resolve the issue.

  • Even the best builders can’t predict every issue. A guarantee gives you an extra layer of protection, ensuring you’re covered for ten years. It’s reassurance that your investment is safe.
